专利说明:
Rain gutter. The invention relates to a roof gutter for attachment to a building, such as a dwelling, near the roof thereof, comprising a water-bearing inner gutter and an outer gutter located under the inner gutter, which inner gutter and outer gutter enclose a space and are attached to each other by itself. fastening means located in that space, as well as a suspension edge on the side to be turned towards the building, which suspension edge is provided with suspension means, which comprise fastening means which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the roof gutter and which are transverse to the longitudinal direction extend from the roof gutter, to which supports the inner gutter and the outer gutter are fixed, the raised edge being defined by raised edge parts of the inner gutter and the outer gutter, which edge parts are spaced apart, and the supports extend between both edge parts, wherein the supports each have a raised leg; have a leg extending beyond the raised leg and having a leg extending transversely to the raised leg. Such a roof gutter is known from US-A-58 62 631. In the space enclosed by the outer gutter and the inner gutter there are supports by means of which the roof gutter is suspended. The drawback of this known roof gutter is that it cannot be assembled in advance, but must be assembled on site at the roof edge. GB-A-2457798 further discloses a roof gutter with an inner gutter and an outer gutter that are attached to each other by an insulating material located in said space. A filling is also known in the form of a foam filling. This serves to secure the inner gutter and the outer gutter to each other in such a way that a strong and rigid whole is obtained. The purpose of this is to make the roof gutter suitable for carrying relatively large weights, such as water and snow, which means that the gutter must also be walkable. A further advantage of such a roof gutter is that the outer gutter simultaneously forms the finish. To that end, the outside may have a beautiful appearance, such as a completely smooth appearance or with a relief in the form of planks and the like. Because the, inner gutter and outer gutter form one whole, it is relatively easy to install. Nevertheless, this known gutter has disadvantages. These are primarily related to the way in which the gutter is manufactured. The inner gutter and the outer gutter are thereby firstly fixed in a mold relative to each other. A curable foam material is then introduced into the space between the inner gutter and the outer gutter. When the foam material hardens, forces arise which attempt to push the inner gutter and the outer gutter apart. The mold must therefore have considerable strength to absorb these forces, since otherwise the desired shape of the gutter will be lost. However, such a mold is expensive. A further drawback of the known roof gutter occurs after it has been suspended from a building. Practice shows that under direct sunlight, the inner gutter can undergo a considerable increase in temperature, while the outer gutter, which is not or less exposed to the sun, continues to maintain a lower temperature. This temperature difference is also encouraged by the insulating nature of a foam. As a result of these temperature differences between outer gutter and inner gutter, constant shrinkage and stretching phenomena occur in the bond between the foam core and the inner gutter. Op den. This means that the adhesion between the foam core and in particular the inner gutter is lost. The gutter therefore loses a considerable part of its strength and stiffness. However, since this deterioration of the properties of the gutter on the outside cannot be observed, dangerous situations can occur as soon as a person walks on the gutter. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a roof gutter of the type described above that lacks the disadvantages mentioned. That object is achieved in that there is at least one through hole in the upright leg of each support which coincides with correspondingly positioned holes in the edge parts of the inner gutter and the outer gutter for receiving a suspension means such as a bolt or screw. The gutter according to the invention offers both the advantage of a finished unit that can be handled in one piece, whereby a lasting strength and rigidity are ensured. This is achieved by the fact that the inner gutter and the outer gutter are mutually attached by supports. These supports, which themselves also have high strength and rigidity, can be permanently attached to the inner gutter by, for example, a suitable glue, by spot welding, etc. The raised edge is defined by raised edge parts of the inner gutter and the outer gutter, which edge parts are spaced apart. The supports extend between both edge parts. The supports thus form an internal reinforcement over the entire cross-section of the roof gutter. The supports each have an upright leg that extends into the upright edge, and a horizontal leg that extends transversely to the upright leg. For suspending the roof gutter there is at least one through hole, such as a slotted hole, in the upright leg of each support, which hole coincides with correspondingly positioned and shaped holes in the edge parts of the inner gutter and the outer gutter for receiving. of a suspension means such as a bolt or screw. The supports can be in different ways. carried out. According to a first possibility, the raised leg can be located at an end of the lying leg; in that case the support is L-shaped. Alternatively, the raised leg may be spaced from both ends of the lying leg; in that case the support is inversely T-shaped. The last support · has a lying leg with an inner part that is located in the space between the inner gutter and the outer gutter, as well as an outer part that protrudes with respect to the inner gutter and the outer gutter on the side thereof to be turned towards the building. The outer boat has a longitudinal relief, such as an ornamental relief. However, the outer surface can also be completely flat or tight. Furthermore, on the side to be turned away from the building, the outer gutter can have an upright outer edge which is connected to the upright outer edge of the inner gutter. The raised edge of the outer gutter can also have a longitudinal relief, such as an ornamental relief, or be flat. The inner trough and the outer trough preferably consist of aluminum sheet material. The supports also preferably consist of aluminum material, such as aluminum pipe material, preferably with a square or rectangular cross section. The inner gutter and the outer gutter can be attached to each other at their longitudinal edges, such that the interior space of the roof gutter is closed when viewed in cross section. The invention also relates to a building provided with; the roof gutter described above. The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures. Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a house with a gutter according to the invention. Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the roof gutter. Figure 3 shows a cross section through the roof gutter. The building 1 shown in figure 1 consists of an outer wall 2 and a roof 3. On the top side of the outer wall 2 just below the lower edge of the roof 3, the roof gutter according to the invention indicated in its entirety by 4 is suspended. This roof gutter 4 consists, as also shown in figures 2 and 3, of the inner gutter 5 and the outer gutter 6. The inner gutter has an upright inner edge part 7, the outer gutter 6 an upright inner edge part 8. The inner edge part 7 of the inner gutter 5 goes via the sloping wall part 9 into the bottom 10 of the inner gutter 5. The outer gutter 6 also has a bottom 11. The respective outer walls 13, 14 of the inner gutter and the outer gutter connect to the bottoms 10, 11. These are attached to each other by a conversion 23. The outer groove 6 also has a drip edge 12. Finally, the upright inner wall parts 7 and 8 respectively of the inner gutter in the outer gutter are fixed together by flanged flanges until the mounting 24.; ~ The inner gutter 5 thus formed. and outer gutter 6 enclose a space which is indicated by 25. In this space there are, at regular distances from each other, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the gutter 4, the L-shaped supports 16. These supports 16 each have an upright leg 17 and a leg 18 extending transversely thereto, the upright inner edge portion 7 and the upright outer edge portion 8 of the inner gutter and outer gutter, respectively, are fixed to upright leg 17, for example by gluing. The bottoms 10, 11 of the inner gutter or outer gutter, respectively, are attached to the lying leg 18, also for instance by means of gluing. A bending rigid and torsional rigid is thus entirely obtained, which consists of the inner channel 5, the outer channel 6 and the supports 16. Holes 19 are provided in the inner upright edge part 7 of the inner gutter, holes 20 are provided in the inner upright edge part 8 of the outer gutter and holes 21 are provided in the supports which are aligned with respect to each other. Through these holes the screws 22 can be inserted, by means of the roof gutter 4 can be reliably fixed to the wall. Connected to the inner gutter 5 is a water drain (not shown), known per se. This water drain extends through the space 25 as well as through a hole in the bottom 11 of the outer channel 6. List of reference signs 1. Building 2. Wall 3. Roof 4. Rain gutter 5. Inner gutter 6.
